Why do we need sex

1It's a workout.

It's not a full workout, yet it can be just as beneficial to your health as moderate activity. It has the same effect on your heart rate as a brisk stroll or a slow bike ride.

2.It's Beneficial to a Woman's Heart

Women who have sex once a month are more likely to get heart disease than those who do it twice a week. It's unclear if this is because healthier women consume it more frequently or because it protects a woman's heart.

3.It's Possible That You'll Get Rid of Your Headache

Bid farewell to the tried-and-true. "Not tonight, Dear," says the narrator. "I'm suffering from a headache." It turns out that sex can help with pain, including migraines and other types of headaches. Not in the mood for a fling? "Not tonight, Honey," you might say. "I have a stomach illness that is exceedingly contagious." It always works.

4.Reduces Stress

When presented with hard activities such as public speaking or arithmetic, people who have more sex are less worried. However, the study claims that it only works if you have a partner; masturbating isn't included.

5.You might be able to live longer.

According to one study, married women who climaxed more frequently lived slightly longer. Researchers aren't sure if sex genuinely makes you live longer or if having sex makes you healthier. But what's the harm in taking a chance?

6.Sharpens Your Imagination

Sex has been connected to the formation of new brain cells, which is a positive development. People over 50 had more sex were significantly better at recalling numbers and performing basic math, and the difference was significant. Men appeared to benefit more than women, but both performed better than those with less sex.

7.Makes You Feel Good

You don't have to do it every week; once a week should plenty. If you go over that, the effect starts to dissipate. However, scientists only looked at committed couples, so if you're trying to reach your quota by picking up strangers at your neighborhood bar, you're out of luck.

8.It binds you and your partner together.

During sex, the hormone oxytocin is released, which makes you feel more intimate, affectionate, and close to your spouse. This contributes to the development of a solid, stable relationship, which is beneficial to both parties.

9.Keeps you in shape.

You're more likely to be thin if you have more sex. Is it because having more sex keeps you in shape? Or is it because those who are slim have more sex? Scientists aren't sure, but all you need is a friend and a bathroom scale to find out.

10.Mental Health Benefits

Adults who have more sex in committed partnerships are less likely to be depressed or need mental health medicines.

11.Aids in the Treatment of the Common Cold

Vitamin C, step aside. Cold-fighting antibodies were found in the saliva of college students who had sex twice a week compared to those who had sex less frequently.

12.It Aids in Sleeping

Both men and women experience an increase in endorphins and oxytocin, which dulls pain and calms you. Both of these things can help you sleep better, albeit the effect is stronger in men, according to scientists and many women.

13.You Could Have a Child

If you're trying to conceive, the more sex you have, the more likely you are to have your period at the correct time. More sex, on the other hand, may help women prepare for pregnancy and enhance sperm quality in males, allowing things to go more quickly.

14.It Benefits Your Future Self

People with more sex may have a higher quality of life, not just now, but also in the future. If you have an active sex life when you're in your forties, you're more likely to keep it up as you get older, which is connected to improved health and happiness.

SpaceX completes 300th Falcon booster landing during Starlink mission

S paceX completed a Falcon 9 launch, highlighted by the company’s 300th booster landing to date. The Starlink 6-53 mission also marked the 30th orbital launch from Florida in 2024. Liftoff from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station happened at 6:17 p.m. EDT (2217 UTC). The 45th Weather Squadron forecast a greater than 95 percent chance of favorable weather at liftoff. The Falcon 9 first-stage booster supporting this mission, tail number B1078, made its ninth launch on this flight. It previously launched NASA’s Crew-6 mission to the International Space Station, USSF-124, and five Starlink flights. NASA’s Newest Spaceplane: Dream Chaser Tenacity Arrives at Kennedy Space Center

SOURCE - https://www.space.com/dream-chaser-space-plane-tenacity-tour.html Sierra Space’s Dream Chaser Tenacity, part of NASA’s initiative to enhance commercial resupply missions to the International Space Station, arrived at Kennedy Space Center for its first mission. After rigorous pre-launch testing, it is scheduled to deliver 7,800 pounds of cargo using a ULA Vulcan rocket. As part of NASA’s efforts to expand commercial resupply in low Earth orbit, Sierra Space’s uncrewed spaceplane arrived at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida ahead of its first flight to the International Space Station (ISS). The Dream Chaser spaceplane, named Tenacity, arrived at Kennedy on May 18 inside a climate-controlled transportation container from NASA’s Neil Armstrong Test Facility in Sandusky, Ohio, and joined its companion Shooting Star cargo module, which arrived on May 11. Pre-Launch Testing and Preparation Before arriving at Kennedy, the spaceplane and its cargo module underwent vibration ...
