A new image of the Google Pixel Watch reveals what it could look like in its ultimate form.

What you should know

  • The final look of Google's upcoming Pixel Watch has been revealed through a new leak.

  • The speculated smartwatch, codenamed Rohan, appears to have a more curved screen than originally anticipated.
  • According to the most recent leak, the wearable device is on its way.
For visitors in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan, the Google Store website has been overhauled, with a top menu that promotes Google's phones and watches above its smart home and other items. The shift underscores Google's growing focus on wearables, and a recent leak provides us our first glimpse at what appears to be the Google Pixel Watch's final design.

The latest leak, via 91mobiles, shows a smartwatch with a screen curve that extends all the way to the rear. The digital crown's stem protrudes from the curved area of the screen rather than the case, demonstrating this.

According to a recent leak, the Pixel Watch will most likely be unveiled during Google I/O in May. Given that the event is approaching, it's probable that we're looking at the wearable's final design.

Google's answer to the finest Android smartwatches is codenamed "Rohan," as you may already know. As originally rumored, it runs Wear OS 3.1. If this is right, the Pixel Watch will be a minor step backward from the Galaxy Watch 4, which runs Wear OS 3.2.

The smartwatch's extensive connection with Fitbit, which was acquired by Google in 2018, is also highlighted in the leak. When Google I/O kicks off next month, we'll most likely learn more.
